7. Aftercare Responsibility

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided. Dermal Design Clinic is not liable for complications resulting from failure to adhere to aftercare guidelines.

8. Appointments and Cancellations

We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee or loss of deposit.

9. Deposits and Payments

Deposits may be required to secure appointments and are generally non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic treatments, refunds are not provided for services rendered. In certain circumstances, corrective treatment may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.
